Tashkent Metropolitan University and Academic Lyceum under Tashkent State University of Law signed a cooperation memorandum
On 20 May 2025, a memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed between Tashkent Metropolitan University (TMU) and the Academic Lyceum named after M.S. Vosikova under the Tashkent State University of Law.
The document was signed by TMU Rector Bekod Djalilov and the Executive Director of the Lyceum Abdurashid Pirnazarov.
The memorandum formalizes the parties’ intentions to develop partnership relations in education aimed at improving the quality of curricula, exchanging advanced pedagogical experience, and enhancing students' professional competencies.
The parties agreed to cooperate in key areas including joint use of educational and methodological materials, implementation of innovative educational technologies, organization of joint seminars and training sessions for teachers and students, as well as career guidance events and master classes.
Special attention will be given to supporting talented students and creating favorable conditions for their successful preparation for Olympiads, competitions, and project activities.
Lyceum graduates who hold international English language certificates will have the opportunity to enter TMU without entrance exams.
The university also commits to regularly informing students about scholarships, tuition fee discounts, and opportunities for international academic exchanges.
An important aspect of the cooperation is the professional development of lyceum teachers through specialized training sessions and a “mentor-mentee” program.
TMU Rector Bekhzod Djalilov emphasized that the signing of the memorandum opens new prospects for training highly qualified specialists who meet modern requirements.
