Within the conference program, Yulduz Sayfullaeva and Ivan Berejnov conducted a workshop titled “Rethinking Assessment in English Classrooms: Tools and Approaches.” The session introduced practical instruments and modern methodologies aimed at enhancing assessment practices in English language teaching.
Munisa Muhtarova presented a research paper entitled “Preparing Early-Career EFL Teachers for School Reality: Insights from a Professional Development Needs Analysis in Uzbekistan.” Her presentation examined the challenges faced by early-career English language teachers and emphasized the role of targeted, needs-based professional development in improving teacher readiness for classroom practice.
