Munisa Muhtarova is the Founding Dean of the School of Arts and Humanities and Foundation Programs at Tashkent Metropolitan University. She is an accomplished academic leader with a proven track record of establishing schools, having previously held the same founding role at Akfa University.

Projects & Grants
- AU Talks - a project aiming to enhance youth’s public speaking skills and help them overcome stage fright. The program is suitable for high school and college students and is held annually.
- TET - Training for English Teachers - a certificate program for secondary school English Teachers to enhance their language teaching skills and introduce them to contemporary language teaching methods applicable to a standard classroom setting.
- Spelling Bee - a spelling competition for high school and college students to improve their English Language proficiency through developing accuracy in pronunciation, spelling, and vocabulary expansion.
- LFT - Learning with a Foreign Teacher - a program for school children that provides an opportunity to learn from a foreign teacher, enhance their language skills, and develop their problem-solving skills.
- BRD - Books and Resources Donation Project - the project focused on donating English books, materials, and other resources, including toys and learning materials, to public schools and preschools.
