Malika Negmatova is a Lecturer in the School of Arts and Humanities at Tashkent Metropolitan University. She brings professional experience from outside education, having previously worked as a front office manager at the National Bank of Uzbekistan. Malika has built a strong specialization in English language teaching, evidenced by her recent Master's degree in TESOL and Graduate Certificate in TEFL from Webster University.

She has substantial practical experience as a General English and IELTS instructor at several language centers in Tashkent. Her involvement in the "Operation Smile" project demonstrates a commitment to global volunteerism and social causes. Malika's unique career path combines corporate experience with dedicated academic training in language education. She is currently applying her expertise to teach General English to students at TMU.
